Ina's Personal Experiences
Ina Mlekush entered into the field of spiritual
sexuality over 25 years ago. As a teenager she was told she was
over-sexed and believed it. Actually Ina was curious and had a healthy
attitude toward sex but did not know it (16-19 years old).
Orgasms with intercourse happened once or twice in her mid 20’s. Orgasms were not easy and only occurred with long bouts of oral sex or self- pleasuring.
Ina learned how to meditate which helped her. Her mind no longer wandered while making love (27–30 years old).
From Personal Experiences into Training
and Teaching
The thirst to gain wisdom and knowledge about sexuality began in
earnest at the age of 36. She began studying the Chuluaqui Quodoushka
teachings of Spiritual Sexuality. Ina learned how to have 5 types
of orgasm including an amazing ejaculation. She now teaches women
and men how to experience this expression of feminine AND MASCULINE
passion.
Ina’s quest for knowledge extended to traditional and non-traditional fields. She became a Marriage, Family, Child Counselor, M.A. in Transpersonal Psychology, a Metaphysical Minister, and a Hypnotherapist. She apprenticed to the Sweet Medicine Sundance Path of the Twisted Hairs Tradition in 1981. This path represents an extensive body of knowledge that has evolved through thousands of years of Shamanic teaching and oral history.
The Chuluaqui Quodoushka teachings are based on Sacred Shamanic traditions that integrate spiritual and sexuality into your life. Ina has been teaching Quodoushka Spiritual Sexuality Workshops Level 1, 2,& 3 since 1984. There are only 14 individuals in the world who have completed the training and are certified to bring this body of knowledge out to the world.
Ina Mlekush has been given special permission to integrate these Quodoushka teachings and exercises into her private practice.
Ina knows that the issues that challenge us can be resolved with education, learning and practicing new expressions of intimacy, identical hormone natural replacement therapy and spiritual sexuality solutions. Ignorance and dogma are the enemies to having a fully intimate, sexually orgasmic, long passionate life.

Ina’s heart’s desire and passion is to bring sexual healing and hope to those men and women who have almost given up and do not know the true power and spiritual purpose of their sexuality. From the simplest form of enjoying sexual intimacy with your chosen partner, accepting sex is natural, sacred and beautiful, to discovering energy orgasms that open doorways into higher states of consciousness that you suspected were there.
Ina Mlekush has been an Educator of Chuluaqui Quodoushka Spiritual Sexuality teaching since 1984. She has been a major force in presenting the ancient Mayan teachings of Quodoushka to an international audience.

Ina Mlekush has been an apprentice of the Sweet Medicine Sundance Path since 1981. She is a Ceremonialist, and has SunDanced every year since 1982. She founded the GoldenWind Dreamers Lodge in 1982. She is a qualified teacher of Levels I, II, III Chuluaqui Quodoushka Spiritual Sexuality.
Ina is also certified by AASECT as a sexuality counselor. AASECT credentials sexual health professionals on the basis of rigorous standards for academic preparation, supervised training and consultation, field-related experience and applied skills. For more information, see the AASECT web site.
Over the years, Ina has conducted a yearlong training program in the field of Shamanic Psychology and Ceremonial Practices. She ran a sweat lodge for 18 years; providing a sacred space for women’s full moon ceremonies, men’s brotherhood circles and men and women sweating together with respect and dignity.
