Welcome to Marriage & Sex Counseling,

My name is Ina “Speaks Simply” Mlekush, a certified Marriage and Sex Counselor and teacher of Chuluaqui Quodoushka Spiritual Sexuality. I have a private office in North Phoenix, AZ. Whether you’re facing personal difficulties, relationship challenges or simply looking to improve your sex life, it is a journey worth taking to have a better life. I have life experience and trained knowledge to assist you in an honest and caring way. I work with men, women, and couples in both traditional marriage and alternative lifestyles. I give you the tools you need to cultivate a foundation of open honest communication, respect, and healthy agreements.

Many factors can contribute to problems in a relationship; work pressure, a breakdown in communication, raising children or sexual issues that can happen to men or women. If you are dealing with these or other challenges….and you have not solved them. Please reach out.

I have been in private practice since 1985 as a Marriage, Family, Child Counselor. Since 1992 I have focused on Traditional and Alternative Lifestyles and Sex Counseling. Communication is a key for healthy relationships. When your marriage or relationship is suffering, your communication breaks down, your heart closes, the walls go up and the bedroom door closes. To heal your relationship, you must be honest with yourself first. Speak the Unspeakable to your partner with as much care as possible. Making good agreements, your sense of hope awakens, which supports a healthy intimate relationship to grow and heal.

I also help couples separate or divorce with respect and dignity when they have learned everything they can learn, and it is time to let go before they hate each other.

Sex Counseling is for Couples and Individuals. Learn how to Talk to Each Other, about your sexual needs and desires. What is working and what is not? There are basic male and female instinctual differences. What are they and how do you build on them? How to be a good lover? How to make love the way your partner needs it, not just how you think it should be.

I help Men resolve the frustration of sexual dysfunctions; Erectile Dysfunction, delayed ejaculation, loss of libido, sex drive differences, lack of one’s sexual needs being met. Men, learn to manage your sexual energy and resolve Premature/Early Ejaculation.

Alternative Lifestyles

I am apprentice to the Sweet Medicine Sundance Shamanic Path since 1981. I am a senior certified teacher of level 1,2 &3 and one of 14 teachers in the world. I have presented this ancient body of sacred sexual knowledge since 1984.

These workshops are presented internationally, and Phoenix is the home base for this body of sacred knowledge

Quodoushka “Q” for short, goes beyond the bedroom. It is your life force energy, your Spiritual Sexual catalyst which promotes health and longevity. It is what gives you the energy to be parents, run a business, have a social life and still want – to - be passionate with your partner.

There are 4 levels of workshops. You need to attend the training sequentially. The Chuluaqui Quodoushka teachings originate from time-proven sacred shamanic traditions, which integrate spirituality and sexuality as a part of life.

“Chuluaqui” refers to the primordial life force energy from which everything is created.

“Quodoushka” is the energy created when two life force energies merge to create a new energy, which is greater than the sum of its parts.

Our Chuluaqui Quodoushka energy is the most healing and revitalizing energy available to us.
